Roy Abekasis

Roy Abekasis has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical design engineering. Roy started their career at Medical Electronic Systems in 2016, where they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer until 2017. Roy then moved on to WADIS in 2018, where they served as an R&D Mechanical Engineer until 2020. Roy joined Soreq NRC in 2020 and worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for two years before joining Steakholder Foods in 2022. At Steakholder Foods, they currently hold the position of Mechanical Design Engineer.

From 2012 to 2016, Roy Abekasis attended Ariel University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Roy'sarea of focus during their studies was Mechatronics Engineering.
