Jinci Liu is co-founder and Managing Director of Stealth Communications. She is responsible for corporate strategy and business operations. Prior to Stealth, Jinci worked at NYC DoITT and for the Universal Cultural Services. Jinci received her B.S. in Computer Science from Pace University.
