Elena Lousi

Elena Lousi is a Crew Operator currently working at Stealth Maritime Corporation S.A., handling all crew related activities of the assigned vessels. Elena has previous experience in commercial ship operations and administration with Technomar Shipping Inc., and as a Learning and Development Consultant with PPP Learn. Elena also founded TACH coaching & training, where Elena worked as a Trainer & Coach. Elena holds a Master's degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, along with various coaching certifications from the Association for Coaching®. Elena's background includes roles in LNG and containership fleet operations, crew management, and coaching practices.
