Rachel Gerroir is a seasoned professional in marketing and innovation within the beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing & Innovation at Steam Whistle Brewing since September 2022. Previously, Rachel held roles at Collective Arts, where responsibilities included managing product innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Rachel's experience also encompasses research positions at Brock University and Niagara College, contributing to product development and quality analysis in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Rachel's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Innovation and Food Technology from Niagara College.
