Greg Darnieder

Greg Darnieder currently serves as a Partner at the National Postsecondary Strategy Institute since April 2018. Since 2009, Darnieder has held the position of Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Education, providing guidance on college access initiatives under Secretary Arne Duncan and supporting the First Lady's Reach Higher initiative from 2013 to 2016. Darnieder has been a Senior Advisor at the Steans Family Foundation since 1993 and served as CEO of College and Career Strategic Direction, LLC from May 2016 to 2017, offering consulting services related to college and career strategies. Previously, Darnieder worked as an Officer in the Department of College & Career Preparation for Chicago Public Schools from June 2003 to March 2009. Educational credentials include attendance at St. Louis University and Wheaton College.
