Alexander Pettersson

Alexander Pettersson has extensive work experience in customer service and customer experience roles. Alexander started their career in 2017 at Genesis Global Limited as a Shift Leader and Customer Service Agent. In 2018, they joined Enteractive Malta Ltd, where they served as a Customer Service Agent, Translator, Copywriter, and Chat Moderator. In 2019, they worked as a KYC Agent and Customer Service Representative at Arringo LTD. Currently, they are employed at STech Technology as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, a role they have held since October 2020.

From 2013 to 2014, Alexander Pettersson attended Skurups Folkhögskola. During this time, they completed their degrees in Further Education.
