Luc Hengst

Luc Hengst is an experienced professional in talent development and project management with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as the People & Development Director at BluPoint since October 2016, Luc is responsible for strategies aimed at talent attraction, development, motivation, and retention. Concurrently, Luc holds multiple roles at Stedin, including Epic Owner for strategic initiatives related to system operator capabilities and project manager for several smart meter projects. Luc's previous experience includes project management at Aegon Nederland and a senior role at Accenture, where expertise was applied in financial services and process improvement. Luc started a career in business consulting at BPi and held managerial positions at Syntrus Achmea. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
