Garima Sharma Kapila has extensive experience in operations management, primarily with Steel Authority of India Limited since October 2008, where roles have progressed from Assistant Manager to Assistant General Manager, focusing on rail logistics, traffic issues, and raw material movement. Prior to this, an Operations Trainee position at IBM India Ltd provided foundational knowledge in client communication, and a summer internship at DRDO involved the development of a submodule for a project.
