Tri Kurnia Pramita

Tri Kurnia Pramita, also known as Prita, currently serves as the Organization Development & HRIS Supervisor at PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk, where responsibilities include implementing a Performance Management System to ensure KPI alignment across all divisions. With prior experience as an HR Management Trainee at PT SPINDO Tbk, Prita established a Talent Management system and conducted employee training programs. Additional internship experiences at companies such as PT United Tractors Tbk and the Central Bank of Indonesia involved developing management competency modules and integrating employee data. Prita holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, along with leadership experience recognized through an award as Best Graduates 5 during a business education program.
