Sonya Norris, MBA, CSM

Sonya Norris, MBA, CSM has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Starting in 2013, they worked at Koch Business Solutions (KBS) as a Digital Workforce Analyst, where they developed and supported operational and strategic business activities related to robotics process automation and data mining. Sonya also worked as an Authentication and Identity System Administrator at KBS.

In 2019, Sonya joined Sedgwick County Health Dept as an Informatics Leader, where they managed the transition from paper to digital records and developed information systems based on evidence-based standards of patient care. Sonya also focused on driving innovation for data collection, distribution, patient engagement, and improving community health.

In 2022, Sonya worked as a Senior Business RPA Leader at Wichita State University's National Institute For Research and Digital Transformation. Here, they contributed to research and led projects related to business process automation.

Currently, Sonya is a Digital Transformation Delivery Services Project Leader at Steel Point Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for managing and executing projects, building relationships with customers and partners, and overseeing project teams.
