Travis Fair, P.Eng. has extensive experience in operations engineering and management, currently serving as the Operations Engineering Manager at Steel Reef since August 2017. In this role, Travis leads various engineering departments, including Process Engineering and Asset Integrity, while also driving business development initiatives for the company's Western Saskatchewan infrastructure. Prior to Steel Reef, Travis worked at Imperial Oil for six years, specializing in hydroprocessing, where responsibilities included project development, operational support, and process optimization. Initial professional experiences include engineering internships at BP, Syncrude Canada Ltd., and Schlumberger. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
