Marlena Abraham's work experience includes a current position as a Senior Game Designer at Steel Wool Studios, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Marlena worked as the owner of Bonfire Blueprints LLC, providing game design and writing services to small teams and larger enterprise projects starting in 2020. Marlena also served as the President and Co-Owner of Bit Bridge LLC, a community for indie game creators in Pittsburgh, PA, from 2017 onwards. Marlena also gained experience as a Game Design Intern at Schell Games in 2015, where they contributed to building a version of the puzzle game Water Bears for VR platforms. In 2014, Marlena worked as a UX Design Intern at Microsoft, and in 2013, they served as an Interaction Design Intern at Carnegie Learning. Their earlier experience includes a Software Development Internship at Uncorked Studios in 2012, where they worked on building and updating iPhone apps.
