Drew Daavettila

Drew Daavettila has a diverse work background that includes experience as a Deployment Engineer at Steelhead Technologies since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Jervis B. Webb Company from May 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they primarily focused on creating and designing new parts and weldments for conveyor system layouts, as well as exploring options to increase profit and throughput. Prior to that, Drew worked as a Mechanical Design Intern at A&S Industrial from April 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they used Solidworks and shop software to quote and design custom projects, managing them from start to finish. Drew also gained experience as a Mechanical Design Intern at Eckhart from June 2020 to August 2020, where they created and maintained weld maps and managed engineering change requests. Additionally, Drew has prior experience as an Installation Foreman at 3R Pools from April 2016 to June 2020.
