Caleb Jermaine

Caleb Jermaine is an experienced assistant engineer at Steelhead Productions since April 2022, specializing in recording, sound design, and mixing while supporting the head engineer, Cayce Sylvester. As an independent singer-songwriter and motivational speaker since November 1987, Caleb utilizes music and writing to inspire and connect with the community, currently touring "The Dreams Project." Previous roles include counselor at DSHS - Central Office, account manager at Pacific Office Automation, and direct support professional at Partnerships in Community Living, Inc., focusing on improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University and an Associate of Arts in Business and Communications from Santa Rosa Junior College.
