Oskar Mizieliński's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities at different companies. Oskar began their career as an Intern - Project Manager Technical Services at Procter & Gamble in 2013, where they successfully delivered the scope of three projects related to Electrical Engineering and Power Systems. In 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at Procter & Gamble's Technology Center.

In 2016, Oskar joined McKinsey & Company as a Junior Analyst, where they quickly progressed to become a Knowledge Consultant. During their time at McKinsey, they contributed significantly to Pharma Operations Benchmarking, taking on project management roles and coordinating large projects. Oskar also developed tools to streamline work processes and demonstrated strong entrepreneurial, analytical, and communication skills.

In 2020, Oskar joined Ten Square Games as a Business Performance Manager for the Hunting Clash game. Oskar'sresponsibilities included driving monetization and revenue growth, setting up KPIs and analytics, designing player progression and item pricing, conducting AB tests, and supervising user acquisition actions.

From 2021 to 2022, Oskar served as the Chief of Staff at 3D Aim Trainer, a startup company. Oskar played a crucial role in preparing the company's vision and strategy, creating investor pitch decks, overseeing due diligence processes, and implementing a successful product strategy that led to the company's acquisition by SteelSeries, a billion-dollar company. Under their guidance, 3D Aim Trainer experienced significant product updates and user base growth.

Currently, Oskar holds the position of Chief Of Staff / Business Performance Manager at SteelSeries, starting in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overall business performance and strategy execution.

Oskar Mizieliński completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Elektrotechnika at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2014. Oskar then pursued further education, earning a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialization in Power Management at Ryerson University from 2014 to 2016.
