Aaron Dwinell

As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Development, Aaron Dwinell is responsible for acquisition and development activity in the Seattle, Portland, Denver and Austin regions. He is involved in deal sourcing, debt origination, contract negotiation, asset management, and leasing for these regions. Aaron has played a strategic role in the acquisition and financing of over $1.5 billion of SteelWave transactions totaling 6.5 million square feet. Aaron has over 17 years of real estate experience and has been with SteelWave for 16 years.

Prior to joining SteelWave, Aaron worked as a real estate consultant for Ernst & Young in the Bay Area.
