Monica Baytos

As a Regional Vice President, Monica Baytos is responsible for the oversight of marketing, leasing and property management in the Denver Region. Monica’s responsibilities include the supervision of 14 Denver Team members. She also works directly with partners, investors and lenders related to the real estate. She is the Broker of Record for SteelWave in Colorado. As Regional Vice President, Monica has been also been directly involved with all commercial acquisitions and sales in Denver and Texas. She has 37 years of real estate experience in management and leasing, 24 of them with SteelWave.
