Stacy McClaughry

As Senior Vice President, Stacy McClaughry oversees the management, operations and leasing of SteelWave’s portfolio of office/R&D space in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her portfolio includes major tenants such as HPE, Walmart, McAfee, Flextronics, Bill.com and Sage/Intact. She supervises a staff of 10 real estate professionals. Stacy works directly with investors, partners and lenders on the overall performance of each asset. She assists in the due diligence of new assets for Northern California and transitions these assets into the portfolio. Stacy has supervised major project renovations such as Ygnacio Center, 160 Spear Street, 100 California, Marina Village, 1501 McCarthy and San Mateo Plaza, and over 4 million square feet of tenant improvements.
