He also has strong experience in business case development having worked on the HS2 Strategic Case for the UK Department for Transport and Commercial Analysis of HS2 for HS2 Ltd.

Andrew is an expert in the analysis of rail data in the UK to understand passenger markets and has wide-ranging knowledge of the rail industry overall, which enables him to address particular issues and evaluate commercial and operational opportunities.
