Charles has worked with the company for over 30 years, helping build the company’s expertise and reputation across the world.

Charles leads the international transaction offer, working with colleagues across the world to provide consistent and robust support to clients. Based in the London office, Charles plays a guiding role on many of the most significant projects. His remit includes providing the ‘single company’ support to the work in traffic/ revenue analysis, operational and technical, and financial and commercial analysis.

With a depth of experience in important projects across all modes, Charles is known and respected across the industry. His work has crossed all modes – including the core tolls road, transit, and high-speed rail projects, and leads the growing maritime offer. As the infrastructure market widens away from the traditional transport projects, Charles helps to ensure that Steer’s team continuously repositions itself to reflect changing demand.
