Sharon Razo

Sharon Razo has extensive work experience in various customer success and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Senior Vice President of CX and Insights at Steer Health since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at League as the Vice President of Customer Success and Delivery from August 2022 to July 2023. Sharon also held the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Good Parents Inc/Kiddo from January to September 2022. Before that, Sharon had a long tenure at Healthgrades, starting as the Vice President of Client Development from May 2013 to February 2021, and later transitioning to the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success from February 2021 to January 2022. Sharon also worked at Mercury Healthcare (formerly Healthgrades) as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success from May 2013 to January 2022. Prior to their time at Healthgrades, Sharon served as a Regional Sales Manager at Intellimed International Corporation from June 2008 to May 2013 and as a Customer Relations & Sales Assistant at Russo and Steele Collector Automobile Auction from June 2005 to June 2008. In their roles, Sharon focused on customer success, client relations, sales management, and strategic planning.

Sharon Razo completed their Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University in 2009.
