Gustavo Back

Gustavo Back has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gustavo is currently serving as the Cross Product Lead at Dell Technologies within Stefanini Group, where they are responsible for generating solutions to business problems and leading major initiatives/programs. Gustavo has a deep technical knowledge of the product and facilitates collaboration between teams and existing processes. Prior to this, Gustavo worked at Sabemi as a Scrum Master, training team members in self-management and cross-functionality. Gustavo also served as an Analyst and Senior Business Analyst at Sabemi, responsible for removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress and ensuring productive Scrum events. Before joining Sabemi, Gustavo was the CEO, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at SmartLife Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA, where they founded and led the mobile payment platform startup. Gustavo also worked as an Analyst of Systems and Project Manager at PROCERGS and as a Software Developer at Telefônica and HP.

Gustavo Back obtained a Bacharel degree in Informática from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 1993 to 1996. Gustavo later pursued an MBA in Gestão de Projetos from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Gustavo has obtained various certifications in fields such as Data-Driven Project Management, Agile methods, Product Management, Leadership, and more from different institutions including LinkedIn, NAU25 EX/COLA DE EDUCAÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA, Awari, Impacta Tecnologia, Atlassian, Scaled Agile Inc., and CertiProf.
