Dirk Laubscher

Dirk Laubscher is an experienced project and area manager currently serving as the Area Manager for Balance of Plant at H2 Green Steel since March 2024. Previously, Dirk was the Deputy Project Director for Governance & Management at ArcelorMittal Liberia, focusing on aligning management processes and governance frameworks. With extensive experience at Exxaro Resources, Dirk held positions as Program and Project Manager, overseeing significant construction projects, and as Area Project Manager, facilitating collaboration across business units and promoting safety standards. Dirk's earlier roles include project management for various infrastructure projects at RSV Group and Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, as well as serving as Project Manager for the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. Dirk holds an MCom in Strategic Project Leadership & Management, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
