Jamal Sabir

Jamal Sabir serves as the Head Of Project Quality and Commissioning for the Boden Green Steel Mill Project at H2 Green Steel, starting in May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager in Operation Engineering at Amazon, overseeing large-scale material handling systems from concept through commissioning, and leading innovative technical solutions. Jamal has also held various quality management roles at Shell, including Quality Manager for the multi-billion-dollar Karachaganak Gas Debottlenecking Project, and QA/QC Lead for the Browse Floating Liquefied Natural Gas Project. Previous positions at FMC Technologies and Bureau Veritas involved QHSE leadership on significant projects in the oil and gas sector, as well as essential roles in quality system upgrades at Renault and electronic instrumentation at CNRS. Jamal holds a Dual Master in Electronics Engineering and Management of Risks and Organisations from Polytech Nantes and a BSc in Electronics Engineering from Paris-Sud University.
