Melissa Grignon

Melissa Grignon is an experienced Import and Customs Specialist currently working at Stein Fibers, LLC since January 2003. In this role, Melissa negotiates, manages, and updates ocean freight contracts, assists with customs clearance, prepares documentation for customers, and monitors shipments while troubleshooting any delays or delivery issues. Additionally, Melissa supports three salesmen as a Sales Assistant, handling order entry, pricing management, and customer communication. Prior to this position, Melissa gained data entry experience through temporary roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Computer Science Corporation in 2001 and 2002. Melissa completed education at Hudson Valley Community College from 2001 to 2002 and graduated from Clayton A Bouton Jr/Sr High School in 2001.
