Keri Moritz

Keri Moritz, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Keri has held leadership positions in various companies, including Steiner Electric, Great Wolf Lodge, Burger King Corporation, Sears Holdings Corporation, 7-Eleven, Animato, Aon Hewitt, and PeopleSoft Corporation. Throughout their career, Keri has been responsible for driving HR strategies, managing operations, leading teams, and implementing successful transformations. Keri has experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, safety, training, and organizational development. Keri has a proven track record of achieving corporate objectives, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing teams.

Keri Moritz, SHRM-SCP, obtained a B.S degree in Communications and Public Policy Analysis from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they completed from 1991 to 1993. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have several certifications in the field of coaching and human resources. Keri obtained the certifications of Certified Coach and Certified Coach Training Facilitator from Integrity Solutions in March 2019. In March 2018, they obtained the PII Facilitator certification from InColor Insight. Furthermore, they obtained the Global Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 1999. Lastly, in January 2015, they acquired the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
