Kamlesh Shah

Kamlesh Shah is the current CTO at Steinerfilm. Prior to this, they worked as an Application Engineer at Sprague Electric Co. and then as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Arnold Green Testing Laboratory.

Shah has extensive experience in material selection and process improvements in troubleshooting problems related to metallization, end-spray contact, capacitor field failures, integrated circuit packaging, electroplating, solderability, wire-bonding, welding, etc. Kamlesh has also led a DARPA funded project to manufacture multilayer ceramic transducer aimed at improving ultrasound image quality for better diagnosis and patient care. In addition, they have coordinated thin-film capacitor project for a large electronic company for next-generation DRAM products.

Shah is highly skilled in managing development of a prototype actuator assembly for a major defense contractor meeting aggressive time schedules. Kamlesh is also experienced in initiating marketting strategy for new business prospects.

Kamlesh Shah's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Kamlesh then went on to earn a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Wayne State University. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University.

They are on a team with Bruce Hunt - CPO, Nita Tanner - CFO. Kamlesh Shah reports to Marc Steiner, CEO.
