Allison Stauss

Allison Stauss is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and coaching. As a District Manager and Store Manager at Stein's Garden & Home since September 1992, Allison has demonstrated expertise in maximizing sales, overseeing promotions, implementing customer service strategies, and leading staff recruitment and training efforts. Prior experience as a Forensics Coach at Sussex Hamilton High School from September 1996 to May 2011 highlights Allison's ability to support student development in public speaking and competitive settings. Allison holds a BA in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has additional educational credentials from UW-Waukesha.
