Fabrice Richer

Fabrice Richer has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Strategy & Business Partners at STELIA Aerospace since July 2011, overseeing a team of over six procurement specialists. Richer has a strong background in strategic sourcing and cost reduction, with previous roles including Procurement Manager for metallic detail parts at STELIA Aerospace, where management of new product introductions and supplier relationships was key. Prior experience includes Procurement Manager at Inotech, managing a $30 million budget with a significant focus on sourcing from China, and multiple roles at STMicroelectronics, including managing a procurement department responsible for $220 million in annual purchases. Earlier career experiences include roles in industrial marketing and R&D at Air Products and Chemicals and Gaz de France, respectively. Richer holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Toulouse.
