Charlie Waters

Charlie Waters has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Charlie began their career as an Intern at Texas Tech Athletics in 2008. Charlie then worked as a Member Service/Golf Shop Assistant at Lubbock Country Club from 2007 to 2010. Charlie later joined Glazer's Distributors and held various roles such as Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, and Regional Campus Recruiter. During their time at Glazer's Distributors, they achieved sales quotas, managed accounts, and built strong relationships with stakeholders. Charlie also worked at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as a National Campus Recruiter and later as a National Learning and Development Manager. In 2019, they joined Circassia USA as a Senior Territory Business Manager. Charlie then moved on to A&P Beverage Company, where they served as the DFW & East Texas Distributor/Market Manager. Charlie also worked as a Social Media Manager and Creator for @the_dapperest_dachshunds, managing social interactions and content creation for pet influencers. Currently, they are working at Stella & Chewy's as an Account Specialist, focusing on National Accounts in Texas and responsible for brand education and awareness. Charlie possesses skills in sales, management, recruitment, and brand marketing.

Charlie Waters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University. Charlie obtained this degree from 2007 to 2010.
