Vincent Xu 許劉政

Vincent Xu has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and tooling industries. Vincent began their career at Stella Group Sincerely Mold Shop, where they worked as a Tooling Engineer from 2009 to 2012, and later as a Tooling Engineer Lead from 2012 to 2014. In these roles, Vincent collaborated with various footwear companies and branding bottom tooling developers, including Nike, Timberland, Rockport, Prada, and Clarks.

In 2014, Vincent joined Stella International Ltd. as a Product Engineering Lead, where they led the Jordan PE team in solving product issues related to construction techniques and tooling solutions. Vincent then transitioned to the role of Director of Manufacturing Engineering in 2016. In this capacity, Vincent led three manufacturing factories, overseeing commercialization and resolving production problems in various processes such as cutting, stitching, bottom, stock-fit, and assembly. Vincent also spearheaded an engineer training project to develop qualified manufacturing engineers and integrated tooling quality, delivery, and costing information within the Stella group.

Vincent Xu 許劉政 began their education in 1998 at 明道高級中學 and completed their studies in 2001. Vincent then attended National Taiwan University of Science and Technology from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In August 2015, Vincent also received certification from Stella training center for NOS.
