Guadalupe Montes is a seasoned professional in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Safety and Health Manager at Stella-Jones since April 2024, Guadalupe previously held the position of Director of EHS at Clean Earth, overseeing compliance on the West Coast and managing incident investigations. Previous roles include Operational EHS Manager, Safety Professional, and EH&S Manager across several companies, where Guadalupe demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, training, internal audits, and incident investigation using the 5 Why Analysis method. Guadalupe holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Health from Central Washington University, earned in 2005.
