Kevin Shannon

Kevin Shannon, CMA, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Tax Accountant at Stella-Jones Inc. since May 2011, where significant achievements include the implementation of the SAP Fixed Asset Module and Lease Accounting Module to meet IFRS-16 requirements. Prior roles include Senior Accountant at SEFNCO Communications, where accountability extended over a $30 million telecommunications construction company, and Accountant III at Weyerhaeuser, overseeing month-end closing and reconciliations for hardwood sawmills. Additional experience includes serving as General Accounting Supervisor for International Paper's subsidiary, Corporate Accountant at Port Townsend Paper Corporation, and Staff Accountant at Moss Adams LLP, responsible for a wide array of financial statement preparations and tax returns. Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business and an Associate's degree from Clark College.
