Kate Dillon SHRM - SCP has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Kate began their career in 1988 as a College Relations Coordinator at Deloitte & Touche. In 1994, they moved to MetLife as a Career Development Consultant. Five years later, they joined Suresource as a Human Resources Manager. In 2005, they worked as an HR Consultant at Yoh HR Solutions. Finally, in 2006, they began their current role as Chief People Officer at Stella Rising, a leading marketing and media agency. Kate has also held the roles of Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Operations, Vice President, Human Resources & Operations, and Director, Human Resource & Operations at Stella Rising.

Kate Dillon SHRM-SCP received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Scranton in 1988. In February 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
