Scott Givens

Scott Givens has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Scott is currently working at Stellant Systems, Inc. as the Lead Mechanical Engineer and Design Center Administrator. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own business called Bike Paradise, where they focused on providing a relaxing and enjoyable biking experience. Before that, they were the Owner and Operator of pedalTherapy.com, where they coached mountain bike skills to riders in the Phoenix area and was certified as a level II instructor.

Scott also has extensive experience working at Honeywell, where they held various roles from 1999 to 2022. As a Principal Engineer, they led cross-functional teams and managed tool performance analysis and solution deployments. Scott also served as a lead administrator for various software and integrator tools, as well as managing Pro/E training and administrative activities.

Additionally, Scott worked as a Design Engineer at TriCAD from 1997 to 1999. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in mechanical engineering, design administration, coaching, and managing various tools and software.

Scott Givens earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Bike Instructor Level 3 Advanced Skills Instructor certification from the Bike Instructor Certification Program (formerly IMBA - ICP) in October 2021. Prior to that, they acquired the Bike Instructor Level 1 - Ride Guide and Fundamentals Instructor certification and the Bike Instructor Level 2 Intermediate Skills Instructor certification from the same program in February 2013.
