James Yu is a Senior Designer at Stellantis since July 2013, where responsibilities include sketching, rendering, 3D modeling, rapid prototyping mock-ups, and optimizing HMI for various projects. Collaborative efforts with suppliers and engineers in both the US and China have provided James with a strong understanding of manufacturing and tooling processes. Previously, James interned at Garmin International in 2012, contributing to the development of high-end fitness products such as the S2 and Forerunner 620 GPS running watch within mechanical constraints. James holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College for Creative Studies (2009-2013) and attended Liberty University (2007-2009).
