Laura Collica

Laura Collica, PhD, is an accomplished data scientist and facilitator with extensive experience in data analytics and product management. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist and Feature Team Manager at Stellantis since January 2021, Laura has led initiatives to enhance the data-driven mindset across company departments and develop valuable data-driven tools. Additionally, as a #IamRemarkable facilitator, Laura empowers women and underrepresented groups to share their accomplishments. Laura's previous roles include Data Science Product Manager at Stellantis and FCA, where coordination of data science teams focused on leveraging AI techniques for business insights, as well as experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT Business Analytics. Laura holds a PhD in Physics with a focus on astrophysics and has contributed to significant research in neutrino physics and cosmic ray composition during postdoctoral positions at INFN.
