Amber Welchel

Amber Welchel has extensive experience in the banking industry. Amber started their career at Amegy Bank in 2006, where they worked as a Vice President in the Middle Market Commercial department. During their time there, they managed a portfolio of loans and deposits and actively sought out new business opportunities. In 2016, they joined Stellar Bank as a Senior Vice President. Following their tenure at Stellar Bank, they joined Allegiance Bank in the same role. At Allegiance Bank, they were responsible for providing banking services primarily to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in the greater Houston area. Their time at Allegiance Bank also included a role as Vice President, where they contributed to the bank's commitment to customer success.

Amber Welchel obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Banking from Sam Houston State University, completing their education from 2003 to 2006. Amber then pursued further academic qualifications and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the same university between the years 2008 and 2010.
