Chris Bezdek

Chris Bezdek has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Chris started their career at Sterling Bank in 2002 as a Credit Analyst and successfully completed a 6-month formal credit training program. Chris then moved on to various roles in commercial lending, serving as a Commercial Lender, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. In 2010, Chris joined Sterling / Comerica Bank as a Senior Vice President in Middle Market Lending. In 2012, they joined CommunityBank of Texas N.A. as an Executive Vice President, taking on multiple roles including Executive Vice President - Market CEO, Regional CEO, and Sr. Regional CEO. Currently, Chris is working at Stellar Bank as Regional President and Managing Director - Commercial Banking.

Chris Bezdek has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Chris then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the same university, from 2003 to 2005. More recently, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Executive Leadership & Banking from the Graduate School of Banking.
