Robin Favara

Robin Favara has extensive experience in the banking industry, holding various roles with increasing responsibility. Robin is currently the Vice President of Operations at Stellar Bank since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Allegiance Bank from March 2013. Robin also worked as the Regional Operations Manager at Post Oak Bank / Allegiance Bank from April 2015 to October 2018. Robin was previously the VP Branch Operations Manager at Post Oak Bank from March 2013 to April 2015 and the VP Branch Manager at First Victoria from May 2008 to March 2013. Robin began their banking career at Prosperity Bank, where they served as the VP Branch Manager from October 2000 to May 2008.
