Shreya jeet Tiwari's work experience begins in 2017 as a Computer Teacher at MPLL Adarsh Inter College Faizabad. In 2018, they worked as a Business Development Executive at CodingBrains Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they cold-called US IT companies and prepared proposals on various IT requirements. Later in 2018, they became a Technical Recruiter at Quantum World Technologies Inc, where they were responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing personnel in the IT industry. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at IDC Technologies, Inc, focusing on US IT recruitment for clients such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and L&T. In 2020, they joined Jconnect Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Recruiter, primarily working on Java, .NET, Full Stack developer, and Mainframe requirements. Currently, Shreya jeet is working as a Sr. IT Recruiter at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC, where they help clients solve specific problems by aligning talent with skill supply and demand.

Shreya Jeet Tiwari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology and Human Resource from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University in Faizabad. This degree was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Dr. Ram Manoher Lohia Avadh University between 2010 and 2013, with a focus on computer programming and specific applications. Shreya Jeet Tiwari's educational journey began with their Intermediate studies in Science with Mathematics at MPLL Adarsh Inter College Faizabad from 2008 to 2010.
