Rugang Chen

Rugang Chen is a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Stellar Cyber, a startup focused on building security products using big data and machine learning. Rugang joined during the seed funding phase and led the development of the Data Sensor software product. Prior to joining Stellar Cyber, Rugang worked at A10 Networks, Inc as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on platform/system software development for networking devices. Before A10 Networks, Rugang served as a Development Manager at Beijing Topsec Network Security Technology, where Rugang led a small team in various software projects and product development in the network security field. Rugang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Wuhan Institute of Technology.
