Jeff Swecker, MBA, CPE has over 16 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Jeff is currently working at Stellar as the Manager of Process Engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a Packaging Engineer III at Stellar.

Before joining Stellar, Jeff worked at FPL Food LLC as a Plant Engineer, where they were responsible for a facility expansion project, maintenance, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Jeff also managed a team of maintenance technicians and other staff.

Jeff also worked as a Reliability Engineer at ProReli, where they focused on driving maintenance and performance improvements for clients. Jeff successfully improved OEE performance, implemented efficiency improvement plans, and managed the maintenance department.

As an Engineering Manager at ASR Group, Jeff was responsible for project development, budgeting, and implementing capital projects. Jeff also developed training programs and metrics to improve efficiencies.

Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Engineer at Smithfield Foods, Director of Engineering and Maintenance at King & Prince Seafood, and Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager at Maplehurst Bakery. Jeff gained experience in capital planning, maintenance, budgeting, and process streamlining in these roles.

Jeff also worked as a Plant Technical Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. and Engineering Manager at Dean Foods. Jeff managed multiple projects, oversaw engineering and maintenance operations, and ensured project success within budget.

At Kroger, Jeff worked as a Plant Engineer where they focused on capital projects, maintenance planning, and plant safety. Jeff also managed the maintenance, engineering, and IS departments.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in process engineering, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Jeff Swecker holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from KWU, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fairmont State University between 1985 and 1989. In addition to their educational background, Jeff holds several certifications including Procore Certified: Engineer from Procore Technologies, Procore Certified: Project Manager at Owner (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies, Procore Certified: Project Manager at Owner (Project Management) from Procore Technologies, Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Institute, Certified Manufacturing Specialist from Moultrie Technical College, and Certified Plant Engineer from the Association for Facilities Engineering.
