Randall Naylor has a diverse and extensive work experience. Randall started their career as an Electricians Mate in the United States Navy, where they served for three years providing technical support to various departments on the USS John C. Stennis CVN-74 Aircraft Carrier.

After leaving the Navy, Naylor joined Keystone Construction Inc. as a Project Foreman. In this role, they managed the installation of roofing systems, fireproofing, and insulation, and was responsible for multiple contracts running simultaneously. Randall also prepared bid packages and reported directly to the company owners with estimating information and project specifics.

Following their time at Keystone Construction Inc., Naylor joined Futron Incorporated as a Project Superintendent. In this role, they led and managed construction operations, ensuring consistent high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Randall conducted QA/QC inspections, compiled financial assessments and project documentation, and updated schedules for government officials.

Naylor then joined Fluor Corporation as a Construction Superintendent and Safety Manager. Randall conducted OSHA safety training for staff, contractors, and client employees and established policies and procedures to promote worker health and safety. Randall evaluated site processes and equipment for safety controls and worked with the management team to enforce policy conformance.

Currently, Naylor is working at Stellar as a Project Superintendent.

Randall Naylor has a diverse education history in the field of occupational safety and health. In 1997 to 1998, they attended Electrical "A" School, where they obtained a Trade Certification in Naval/Marine Electrical Systems. Randall later pursued further education at Eastern Kentucky University, where they became an OSHA 500 Authorized Instructor in Occupational Safety and Health Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in OSHA 510 from the University of South Florida and pursued studies in Safety Health and Environmental Risk Management at the University of Texas.

Randall Naylor has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2018, they became Procore Certified as a Superintendent through Procore Technologies. In 2015, they acquired a 132 Hour Occupational Safety & Health Professional certification and a 40 Hour USACE EM385-1-1 certification from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training. Randall also received a 40 Hour Safety and Health Risk Management (SHERM) certification from The University of Texas at Arlington. Furthermore, they have completed a 32 Hour Safety & Health Committee Team Member certification and participated in Train the Trainer courses for a 36 Hour Occupational Safety & Health Trainer and a 36 Hour Safety & Health Committee Team Leader through OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training.
