David Jubinville

David Jubinville has a diverse and extensive work experience. David is currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering & Delivery at Stellar Elements, an Amdocs Company. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at the same company. In this role, they led a multi-disciplinary engineering team and supported various processes like RFP/RFI, estimation, and workforce planning.

At Finastra, they developed tailored training programs, communications campaigns, and implemented technology innovation in eLearning and communications strategy.

In addition, David has experience as the Principal & Owner at Asphalt Graphics Inc., where they provided identity and brand support, web and mobile solutions, and publication design services. David also worked at Henkaa as a Sr. Enterprise Platform Architect and Full Stack Developer, liaising with vendors and rebuilding UI/UX functionality.

Before that, David worked at Rogers Communications in various roles, including Manager of Sales Tools and Innovation, Project Leader of Enablement Tools, and Project Leader of Online Development & Communications. In these roles, they led teams, designed and implemented enterprise initiatives and platforms, oversaw communication and reporting systems, and managed eLearning and technology projects.
