Deseanae Bluiett

Deseanae Bluiett, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Deseanae currently works as the Data Strategy and Insights Lead at Stellar Elements since September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Decision Analytics Senior Manager at EXL from January 2018 to September 2021, where they focused on revenue and risk management and data quality automation. Deseanae also served as a Decision Analytics Manager at EXL from October 2015 to January 2018, where they launched a data asset using big data analytics and developed a revenue attribution model for digital campaign engagement. Before joining EXL, they worked as a Data Science Fellow at Galvanize Inc from July 2015 to June 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Geographic Business Analyst at Intel Corporation from August 2012 to February 2015, and as a Business Development Consultant at AMPATH from May 2012 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works as an Associate Civil Engineer/Project Manager from January 2008 to August 2010 and as a Program Manager from June 2006 to January 2008.

Deseanae Bluiett, P.E. holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Deseanae also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Registered Professional Engineer since July 2009 and has completed courses in Database Foundations, Learning Airtable, and Women Entrepreneurship.
