Rachael Digiovine

Rachael DiGiovine has extensive experience in human resources operations, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources Operations at Stellar Elements since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sonova Group as an HR Manager from 2017 to 2022. Rachael also worked at Phonak as an HR Consultant and at Sonova Group as an HR Generalist. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an HR Generalist at Connect Hearing US and as a Learning & Development Coordinator at Millward Brown. Rachael began their career as a Personal Banking Representative at First National Bank of Naperville.

Rachael DiGiovine obtained a B.A. degree in Human Resources Management and Management from North Central College between 2008 and 2009.
