Taylor Standlee has extensive work experience in the field of brand strategy and marketing. They have held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career.

In 1996, Taylor joined Red Sky Interactive as a Consumer Insight and Strategy Lead. After two years, Taylor moved to Foote, Cone & Belding, SF, where they served as the VP, Planning Director until 2001.

From 2001 to 2003, Taylor worked at The Richards Group as a Planning Director. Following this, they joined Grey Group as the Director of Business and Culture from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Taylor joined Emotive Brand as a Strategy Director for two years.

Since 2003, Taylor has been working independently as a Head of Strategy. They are a brand consultant focused on linking business strategy to cultural trends and driving change in customer behavior. Taylor's responsibilities include identifying and aligning brand and business opportunities, facilitating groups through periods of transformation, and designing experiences.

In 2022, Taylor joined Stellar Elements as the Chief Marketing Officer. They currently hold this position.

Additionally, in 2022, Taylor briefly worked at projekt202 as the Director of Brand Strategy for a few months, from an unspecified start date to June 2023.

Taylor Standlee received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology and Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara between 1988 and 1992. Later, Taylor pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Market Research at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1994 to 1996.
