Alicia Ortiz

Alicia Ortiz, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Provider Operations at Stellar Health, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Alicia was the Manager of Market Operations at Cityblock Health from July 2019 to March 2022 and the Associate Administrative Director for Mount Sinai Health Partners Care Management from October 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing Medicaid Care Management Programs and engaging senior leadership for population health strategy. Previous experience includes positions in administrative management and health home programs at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and John T. Mather Memorial Hospital, as well as roles in community health with the Peace Corps. Alicia holds a Master of Public Health in Health Care Management from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston College.
