Katherine Lam

Katherine Lam's work experience began in 2013 when they volunteered at Gouverneur Health. Katherine then worked as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co. from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they took on a part-time nanny role. In 2016, they worked as an Accounting Clerk at Beauty Solutions, Ltd, and simultaneously served as a Research Assistant at MSU Trauma & Resilience Lab. In 2017, they joined Penguin Random House, starting as an HR Assistant before progressing to the role of Talent Acquisition Associate. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition at Penguin Random House. Currently, they are the Head of Talent at Stellar Management, starting in 2023.

Katherine Lam's education history began in 2015 when they enrolled at Montclair State University. Katherine pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2016. Following this, Katherine Lam furthered their education at New York University from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they were a Master's Candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
